Since 2022, we started small group training in the mornings. This type of group training is especially made for people who do not want to jump straight into our group classes, but would like to train with even more coaching in a safe 6:1 environment. If you want the experience of training with a group but maybe have the fear you cannot catch up or just want more of our excellent coaching, come try one of our small group classes completely for free. After the free trial, you can decide whether you want to jump in or maybe even start with personal training, which is also possible in our wonderful box.
