CrossFit

CrossFit

CrossFit is the core of our offering. In these classes, you combine strength training, conditioning work, and functional movements in ever-changing workouts. The focus is on technique, progression, and fun. Every workout is scalable, so everyone can train safely and effectively, regardless of experience or fitness level.

Specialty

Olympic Weightlifting

In the Olympic Weightlifting classes, the focus is on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. You work on technique, strength, and explosiveness with a lot of personal coaching. The classes are technically structured and suitable for both beginners and advanced lifters who want to improve their barbell skills.

Gymnastics

The Gymnastics classes focus on bodyweight movements and body control. Think of pull-ups, core stability, and handstand work. You learn to move more efficiently, build relative strength, and develop strong fundamentals that you'll also encounter in CrossFit classes.

HYROX

The HYROX classes focus on endurance, functional strength, and race-specific conditioning. You train running intervals combined with functional movements such as sled pushes, lunges, and carries. The emphasis is on pacing, efficiency, and sustainable intensity. All workouts are scalable, making the classes suitable for both HYROX athletes and members who want to improve their engine and work capacity.

Terms and Conditions subscriptions

  • Our memberships are standard 3, 6 or 12 months (depending on the contract). After that, the term of notice is one month.
  • No subscription costs at all
  • Memberships are paid in advance
  • For every membership the term of notice is one month AFTER the period that you signed for
  • A membership is personal and NON-transferable
