Personal

Olympic Weightlifting

The Olympic Weightlifting Personal Training package is fully focused on individually improving your technique and strength in the snatch and clean & jerk. These are highly technical lifts that require precision, mobility, and strength. With one-on-one coaching, our specialized trainers work on your weaknesses, refine your technique, and build strength in a targeted way — so you can lift with more confidence and achieve sustainable PRs.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics Personal Training focuses on your individual development in body control, mobility, stability, and coordination. Through one-on-one coaching, we work on skills such as handstands, pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar, and ring dips, tailored to your level. Our coaches refine your technique and build strength and control so you can move more efficiently and with confidence.

General CrossFit

CrossFit Skills Personal Training is ideal if you are new to CrossFit or want to build a solid foundation. Through one-on-one coaching, you will learn proper technique for fundamental movements like squats and deadlifts, improve mobility, and gradually build strength and conditioning.
All sessions are tailored to your pace and level, helping you train with confidence and feel comfortable in regular CrossFit classes.

Plan an intake

Curious about what personal training or nutrition coaching can do for you? During an intake session, we take a close look at your goals, lifestyle, and current level. Together, we define a clear plan — training, nutrition, or a combination of both — tailored specifically to you.
